Advanced Corps Intelligence SME

The Challenge:

Marine Corps Tactics and Operations Group’s (MCTOG’s) role is to optimize the ground combat element’s (GCE’s) preparation for, and performance in, the operational environment from its vantage point between the Fleet Marine Forces (FMF) and supporting establishment. As an Advanced Corps Intelligence SME on our team, you will provide exercise design and development scenario support. You will analyze, develop, validate, and document exercise design products for the training audience to meet current training objectives for service specific, joint, and combined exercises.

Must Have:

• Top Secret Security Clearance
• Marine Corps Planning Process (MCPP) experience
• Writing Intel annexes/appendices/tabs for division or higher operations orders.
• Writing Intel Summaries at the Div or higher level.
• Experience writing IPB Steps 1-4
• Experience in all source intel analysis, and integration
• Develop collection plans at the Division or higher that integrate Joint collections capabilities
• Adversary collections capability, decision timelines, F2T2EA process, and authorities.

Compensation & Benefits:

The salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $125,000 annually.

The listed salary range expresses what JCTM reasonably expects to pay an employee for this position. The specific salary the employee receives will be based off experience, education, location, clearance level (if applicable), and the specific government contract with which this position aligns (if applicable).
