Job Description
Home2 Suites by Hilton, is currently adding a Front Desk Guest Service Agent to our team! We are looking for individuals who are able to work a variable schedule that may include two am-five days a week or five based on need. Hours are flexible alternating between first and second shift 7am-3pm, 3pm to 11pm.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides high-quality customer service.
- Handles guest reservations.
- Answers and transfers phone calls.
- Handles guest check-ins and outs along with questions, complaints, etc.
- Other duties as required with the department.
Qualifications and Requirements:.
- Previous hotel or relevant customer service experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
