· Performs basic supervisory duties, ensuring proper sandwich building and guest service.
· Coordinates job assignments, accepts deliveries, and completes shift paperwork.
· Develops advanced guest service skills, enhances supervisory skills.
· Monitors restaurant inventory, oversees staff training of new team members.
· Coordinates deliveries and food preparation, begins to assist with the hiring process.
· Understands and practices crisis management and loss prevention strategies.
· Schedules staff and addresses training and development concerns, monitors staff progress.
· Develops and analyzes control sheets and WISRs, conducts performance reviews.
· Supervises without supervision using positive and professional leadership skills.
· Assumes responsibility for short and long-term goals for productivity, guest satisfaction and staff development.
· Builds a strong and competent staff by practicing team-building skills and improving counseling skills.

· Oversees all financial activity, effectively budgets time and resources to improve productivity and profits.
