Technical Call Center Supervisor

This role is responsible for leading our call center activity with a team of 4-6 employees. The call center is responsible for receiving, dispatching and following up on calls from customers & internal sales for service, equipment and installation requests.

Major Job Functions

• Oversee capacity and capability of coordinators at call center
• Ensure phones are answered promptly and service requests are dispatched promptly.
• Ensure on going tracking of service/install status is performed and followed up on if not met
• Ensure that Third Party Service providers have submitted billings for calls completed promptly
• Work with service managers and sales on service or equipment related requests
• Train and develop coordinators knowledge of equipment
• Support equipment and installation process via phone surveys as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities/Education

• Management background - 2- 3 years prior management experience
• Mechanical repair experience - prefer beverage equipment but will consider other
• Solid technical and problem solving skills - dealing in remote/over the phone discussions
• Computer skills - accessing data bases, inputting orders/ERF's, spreadsheets - need to be comfortable with heavy computer use
• Communication skills - verbal and written - most oversight and communication will be remote, so written and verbal communication is constantly required to manage remote- provide clear direction.
• After hour responsibility and availability as needed or called on
