Supervisor: Area Manager

Supervises: All store personnel

Location: Fairbanks, Alaska

Your Role:

As an Automotive Repair Service and Tire Shop Manager, you'll be instrumental in steering the operations of either our full-service or lube and tire store models. We are looking for a versatile leader, proficient in managing diverse automotive service operations and committed to upholding our core values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage operations across different store models: full-service and lube and tire.

• Demonstrate proven experience in a service advisor role, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

• Be a leader by example of how to service customers and sell quality work with quality services performed and supervised in the shop

• Apply your experience as a previous location manager to drive business success.

• Uphold our high standards of customer service, quality, and integrity in every interaction.

• Implement strategies to meet sales targets and manage Profit and loss statements effectively.

• Streamline processes and systems for operational excellence.

• Foster a positive team environment, encouraging growth and accountability.

Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum three years of experience as a Store Manager in the automotive industry, with specific experience in full-service and lube and tire operations.

• Proven track record as a service advisor, with strong customer service and team management skills.

• High School Diploma or equivalent, with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Valid driver's license (state-issued where employed).

• Fluent in English.
