PRN Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Main OR

Opportunity for a PRN Certified Surgical Tech to join our OR Team.

Valley View Hospital is a Level III trauma center with 5 state-of-the-art surgical suites. We offer Robotics (Exactech, Mako, Stealth, DaVinci), General, Eyes, Ortho, Brain/Spine, OB-GYN, ENT, Neuro, Plastics, Urology, ENT, Trauma.

Certified and non-certified Surgical Techs considered.

Multiple shifts available:

• Working12 hour shifts 0700 - 1930
• Working10 hour shifts 0700 - 1730
• Rotating evening/weekend call.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited scrub technologist program is required.
• Certification in Surgical Technology from the National Board Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or Association of Surgical Technologist (AST) required.
• Licensed Surgical Technologist in the State of Colorado or Registered Scrub Tech with DORA.
• Current BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
• 1 year experience is preferred.
• Available to workday/evening shift with rotating call schedule.

SALARY RANGE

• ‎$27.94 - $41.08/hour + 14% PRN Differential (Licensed Certified Surgical Tech)
• Starting wage dependent upon experience, education, and skill set
• $2.25/hour evening shift differential when working a minimum of 4 consecutive hours between 3:00pm-11:30pm.
• $4.00/hour night shift differential when working a minimum of 4 consecutive hours between 11:00pm - 7:30am.
