Please Note: This is a Utah-based hybrid position which will require some regular in-office days each week.

Essential Job Duties

As a Sales Enablement Specialist at BambooHR, you will help our Net New Sales team members perform at their very best. You will assist them in being able to develop their sales skills, grow their career, and efficiently and effectively engage with clients. You will influence them to grow from good to great through training and coaching so that they are able to be successful.

You will:

  • Effectively collaborate with Training and Sales Enablement team members in delivering onboarding training and coaching, enabling new hires with the foundational knowledge and capabilities to perform their role responsibilities
  • Engage with Sales Development Representatives and Account Executives by delivering coaching programs, enabling them to develop and grow their role responsibilities to improve performance
  • Partner with Sales Managers in the ongoing development of Sales Development Representatives and Account Executives by effectively engaging and communicating with them in the execution of training, coaching, and the Sales Enablement program
  • Effectively collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders in developing, delivering, and managing training, coaching, and Sales Enablement projects to influence ongoing performance improvement
  • Effectively collaborate with Training and Sales Enablement team members in the execution of other Training and Sales Enablement strategic initiatives and the overall improvement of the program

What You Need to Get the Job Done

  • *** You are located in Utah and able to come into our UT office 1+ days a week ***
  • 2-5 years of solid Sales Enablement experience with additional sales experience in SAAS preferred
  • Proficiency in Google Suites/Microsoft product stack
  • A foundational understanding of sales methodologies and tools
  • Team player who respects and works well with others
  • Passionate about helping others learn, develop, and succeed through positive influence
  • Training, coaching, and presentation skills both with groups and in 1:1 sessions
  • High School Diploma
