Seasonal Employee at TR MARINA LLC

Tongue River Marina in Decker, MT is looking for one seasonal employee to join our 6 person strong team. We are located at Tongue River State Park. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and hard-working.

We are looking for an employee to help with all aspects of the marina to included but not limited to helping customers, stocking inventory, grill items, event setup and other various tasks as assigned. This position will require the employee to be working both indoors and outdoors. This position will require employee to stand for long periods of time, sit, squat, twist and reach. This position may also require light to heavy lifting.

This position will require employee to be a self-starter and able to follow and retain directions, procedures and policies. Employee must be able to work well with others. Employee will come into daily contact with patrons of the state park and will maintain a friendly, professional and ethical demeanor at all times. Employee must also follow all Montana State Park rules and regulations at all times. Employee must have a reliable form of transportation and are responsible for transportation to and from the marina.

This is a seasonal position that will begin May 20, 2024 and end September 8, 2024. Shifts will vary to meet the needs of the business. Employee will work 30-40 hours a week with possible opportunities for overtime during special events.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $12.00/hour.
