What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the Residential Program Coordinator with daily operations of the program.
- Coordinate staff schedules to maintain appropriate building ratios, ensuring timely availability of schedules to staff, and scheduling regular staff meetings.
- Support the Program Coordinator/Supervisor in hiring, training, orienting, and mentoring staff.
- Manage inventory and program equipment, and miscellaneous supplies as required.
- Handle errands to the bank, post office, corporate office, etc., as necessary.
- Provide direct care as necessary, actively working the floor when required.
Anticipated Schedule
Monday-Friday 8am-4pm varying on the needs of the program (flexible schedule)
Participate in on call rotation schedule, typically occurring one week every fourth week, from Monday-Sunday
On Call Compensation rates
- Additional $251 for on-call duty
Job Requirements
- Associate’s degree in a medical field preferred.
- One year of supervisory experience preferred.
- Two years working in TBI setting is preferred.
