Behavioral Health Therapist I (School Setting)

Job Summary:

Seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist to work at our Pine River Schools location. Experience providing evidenced-based therapy needed and experience working in an Integrated Care Model helpful. Excellent organizational and communication skills; and the ability to utilize an Electronic Medical Record a must. The counseling position is ideal for someone who likes working in a school setting with children ages 5-21. It is very busy during the school year and replaces with fun summer activities during the summer and other breaks.

Essential Job Functions:      

• Ability to be flexible, maintaining a rotating schedule between school-based setting and outpatient care setting.
• Outpatient therapy, Brief interventions and consultations, assessments and follow-up services
• Comply with mandatory reporting requirements.
• Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and settings
• Documentation in Electronic Health Records
• Engaging with families, parents, school personnel and the community

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree and limited/full licensure in counseling or social work. LMSW/LLMSW or LPC/LLPC preferred.
