The Victor Tavern is a modern urban tavern from Chef Ethan Stowell and is the perfect spot for a burger and a beer after work or for cocktails and dinner with friends while out on the town.The Victor Tavern Edmonds will serve lunch, happy hour, dinner, and weekend brunch in our spacious two story dining room or lovely outdoor patio. Support staff roles such as Hosts, Bussers, and Expeditors possess a keen eye for the details, are able to work at a fast pace, and remain calm under pressure. Hosts are often the first point of contact, bussers ensure a spotless table is waiting, and expeditors will focus on the fine details of the dishes, making sure that each plate is on point when it is served. Being able to see the big picture and aid in keeping the restaurant running seamlessly are key aspects of the Support Staff.
