Our client, Pocono Farms Country Club in Tobyhanna, PA is looking for a friendly, upbeat and outgoing individual with a positive attitude to fill the full-time role of Member Services Assistant for our active and growing Homeowners Association.
Candidates should be able to provide polite and professional service via phone, in-office visits, mail/email and perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities in order to facilitate the efficient operation of the Association.
Candidate will possess a strong work ethic, be highly motivated, organized, have excellent interpersonal skills, exceptionally detail oriented and possess the ability to prioritize, manage and achieve results while handling multiple tasks. A team-player with a willingness to learn and to do whatever it takes to complete the job while working independently with minimal supervision. Reports directly to the Director of Member Services.
Additional Position Details:
- Performs a wide range of administrative duties in a professional and timely manner.
- Receive all walk-in residents at the office, assist them with their needs.
- Answer phone calls in a positive and professional manner and address the caller's needs.
- Provide office support to include but not limited to document preparation, answering telephones, emails, photocopying, and all day-to-day office work.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications:
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills, written/verbal, strong phone skills.
- Able to work efficiently with the ability to handle difficult situations tactfully at times. Ability to multi-task on a variety of levels.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Provide a high level of organization and customer service assistance to our Residents.
- Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions with residents while exercising diplomacy.
- Must be able to use Windows, Word, and Excel. This individual must have strong computer skills in Microsoft office operations. Must be able to adapt to our management software and computer programs as well. TOPS experience is preferred but not required.
- Requires a minimum of high school diploma. Also, two plus years of directly related clerical and administrative support experience required; HOA management related experience is a plus.
- Saturday hours required.
