Company & Job Summary
The Social Media & Outreach Coordinator will work closely with the leadership of Brookside Labs and Amplify Network to develop and promote programs, services, and initiatives. The Social Media & Outreach Coordinator will work for Brookside Labs and represent the Amplify Network. Brookside Labs and the Amplify Network is a partnership between a laboratory with a proven 70-year track record of providing exceptional analytical results and a network of big thinkers who together are providing innovative services to agronomic clients around the world. Brookside Labs is the US's largest privately held laboratory, owned by the members of the Amplify Network and by the laboratory employees. To be successful in this position, you must be driven to succeed through hard work and loyalty. You should be able to work within a team environment to assist in setting direction then derive and accomplish personal goals to share in overall success.
Responsibilities
1. Create marketing programs (sales documentation, product videos, website copy, blog posts, etc.) that articulate the benefits of our products through content creation and leveraging other marketing resources.
2. Evaluate the effectiveness of outreach and marketing strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
3. Create and maintain content on the Brookside/Amplify website.
4. Plan and host weekly, virtual Q&A sessions for the Amplify Network members. Topics and content will be found by working directly with lab
staff and Amplify consultants.
5. Create engaging content for promotional materials, social media campaigns, newsletters, and other communication channels.
6. Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns for Brookside Labs, the Amplify Network, their clients, and prospective clients of both.
7. Plan and participate in the promotion of new services and products which involves collaborating with several different departments.
8. Collaborate with management, partners, and leadership to maximize outreach efforts and leverage resources.
9. A major responsibility of the Social Media and Outreach Coordinator is to plan and execute Brookside Labs-hosted events
10. Travel to represent our organization at meetings, conferences, and networking events, as needed while upholding Brookside Labs’ and the Amplify Network’s core values.
11. Responsible for other duties as your skills, interests, and company needs allow and require.

Associate’s degree, required
Communications, marketing, or related field
Agricultural communications, or related field, preferred
Bachelor’s degree, preferred
