Document Prepping/Classification

Primary Responsibilities Include:

       Record date, time, or any other information requested.

      Check a box out

      Fill out a Production Sheet

      Remove Folders from the box (keep in manifest order)

      Remove Documents (from braids if needed- Section 1,2,3 etc. documents to be added)

      Remove clips. staples, rubber bands from documents

      Unfold corners/straighten pages.

      Organize assigned pages into logical documents and determine appropriate attachments.

       Read Right Order

       Physically identifying document types and separating them according to manager instructions.

       Add Toggle sheets if meaningful information according to manager instructions.

      Blue highlighter

    Green highlighter

     Shaded boxes/headers

       Pictures (Drivers Licenses etc.)

        Faded images.

       Carbon/onion paper

        Maintain page break formats, and the integrity and proper conditions of client material.

        Tape everything smaller than an index card *if it is not two-sided image.

       Any removal of post it notes, checks, receipts, etc. are added to the white pages with boarder.

 Maintain a neat and clean area around the prep table.

Scanning

         Efficiently scan documents and complete projects per the job specifications

         Operate and maintain scanners in accordance with specifications and regulations

         Complete minor maintenance on the scanner when needed

         Maintain a neat and clean area around the scanner

         Complete necessary paperwork neatly and accurately

        Maintain established production quotes and project standards
