Real Estate, Development and Personal Assistant

We are seeking a Real Estate marketing and personal Assistant to help me grow our land development company. We build unique homes on land we own, and we market it to the end consumer and realtors.

Responsibilities:

• Help develop and execute marketing plans
• Administrative errands of all types
• Correspond with prospects and suppliers
• Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
• Help design, and build, unique homes
• Analyze real estate deals
• Accept and enter customer payments
• assist with construction draws

Qualifications:

• Ability to develop solutions to problems
• Familiarity with editing and technical writing
• Willingness to learn, and develop creative thinking
• Desire to have excellent vocabulary and writing skills
• A need to be good at a task
