Berry Quality Control Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Berry Quality Control Lead looking to join our team! The Berry Quality Control Lead will be responsible for overseeing field operations and inspecting produce destined for distribution.

-Overseeing a team of berry pickers
- Perform thorough inspections of produce to ensure quality
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends or areas for improvement
- Document inspection results, including non-conformities and deviations from specifications
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures

Skills:

-Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Experience conducting quality audits is preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
