Material Handler Finished Goods

ASP Personnel has immediate 1st, and 2nd shift openings for material handlers of finished goods for a manufacturing company of egg cartons, fruit, poultry, and meat trays, molded fiber trays, and other industrial packaging solutions carefully engineered to protect food. Will operate a powered lift to move materials, supplies, and products within the plant.  Please submit your updated resume. Only qualified candidates will be contacted.

Responsibilities:

• Operate powered lift
• Complete daily, safety inspections and check sheets
• Transport roll stock and/or packaged products to proper locations within the warehouse 
• Deliver correct roll stock to machines on the production floor using a clamp truck
• Know and understand product count on pallets, roll stock size to product line being run 
• Understand and follow the established warehouse layouts, spacing, and clearances
• Know and recognize the wrong bag or box with the wrong product, deformed product, and faded color, and communicate any problems to the supervisor
• Remain compliant with SQF/HACCP requirements as per locations written Food Safety & Quality Policy

Qualifications:

• Forklift 
• Clamp Truck
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Able to lift and move up to 50lbs

Schedules / Pay Rate:

• 1st Shift - Sunday - Thursday 8 am - 4 pm, $17.50 per hour
• 1st Shift - Tuesday - Saturday 8 am - 4 pm, $17.50 per hour
• 2nd shift - Sunday - Thursday, 10 pm - 6 am, $18.00 per hour
