Position Summary:
The maintenance technician is responsible for maintaining the manufacturing areas and to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Strong skill-sets in industrial mechanical and electrical repairs
- Maintain and troubleshoot all production equipment within manufacturing facility
- Manage all machine uptime and downtime
- Experience working with and troubleshooting electrical systems, PLC's, robotics tuning
- Skilled with pneumatics, hydraulics, gearboxes, machine rebuilds, welding and fabrication
- Perform general building maintenance
- Assist other maintenance technicians when needed
Experience Needed:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
- Associates Degree in Industrial Maintenance preferred
- At least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Highly skilled in robotics, electrical, PLC troubleshooting, pneumatics, hydraulics, welding and fabrication
- Ability to work overtime as needed
