We are seeking a diligent and proactive Manager Assistant to support our vibrant boutique hotel, which features a cozy restaurant, lively bar, and relaxing spa. This full-time role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is skilled in multitasking and organization.

**Responsibilities:**
- **Office Administration:** Manage daily office tasks including answering phones and responding to emails efficiently.
- **Hotel and Spa Management:** Assist in booking hotel stays and scheduling spa appointments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- **Restaurant and Bar Support:** Aid in managing food orders for the restaurant and assist with bar supply orders.
- **Event Coordination:** Oversee group reservations and organize events, ensuring every detail is perfect.
- **Shift Scheduling:** Handle the scheduling of shifts for our team to maintain smooth operations.

**Work Schedule:**
- Wednesday to Sunday (full-time position). Manager needs to be somehow flexible based on customer peak times especially afternoon and some evenings like Fridays and Saturdays.
