Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician role at Birdwell Heating and Cooling Inc., located in Rogersville, AL. The Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and installations on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. They will diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and ensure all work is completed to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician or a related field
• Familiarity with a variety of HVAC systems and equipment
• Strong knowledge of heating and cooling principles and techniques
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• EPA certification is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment
