We are seeking a Retail Managers to join our team! You will be responsible for coordinating sales and service of mobility Scooter Store.
Responsibilities:
- Create staffed schedule
- Use Quickbooks for sales and inventory
- use Booqable for scooter rentals
- Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
- Resolve escalated customer complaints
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a solitary management environment. Must be self-motivated
- Marketing and public relations, knowledge and experience is helpful
- Enjoy mechanical challenges
