HANDYMAN

We are hiring a Handyman for a full-time position in Dallas, Texas

Responsibilities:

• Follow established safety practices including proper use of PPE and occasionally working at heights for extended periods of time, when required.
• Follow all regulations, procedures, and policies.
• Overall knowledge of all trades: Carpentry, Plumbing, Tile and Electrical.
• Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, and other parts of the building.
• Perform maintenance and light repairs.
• Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks.
• Clean facilities by sweeping, dusting etc.
• Identify and report the need for major repairs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as handyman
• Own standard set of tools to perform all of the above trades (Not necessarily having every tool, but basic tools and knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks).
• Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems (you won't perform these services)
• Basic math skills
• Excellent Customer Service skills required.
• Well-organized and apt in problem-solving
• Strong attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Be able to pass criminal/background check.
