Document Control & Design Specialist

Assist Designers with the preparation and issuance of Design Packages:
Compile Review Packages – 30%, 70% & 100%
Compile IFC Packages
Compile As Built Packages
File As-Built Drawings in Area Files
Perform QA checks on drawings before issuing them for review or construction.
•Create & communicate transmittals for Packages.
•Serve as the administrator for the site design tools such as BIM 360/AutoDesk software. This includes managing updates to systems and procedures, as well as aiding individuals as needed.
•
Assist Capital with Project setups in BIM360 and AutoCAD 3D.
•Store and maintain As-Built Drawings in BIM360
•Assign VPF’s # and file documents in VPF files.
•Create New Drawings Numbers per request
