  • Remote Access machines off site through a VPN connection

Electrical mechanical knowledge

  • Single/3-phase A/C motors
  • A/C and D/C controllers 
  • Electrical panel wiring
  • Ability to read/ write electrical schematics 

Other 

  • Able to help customers troubleshoot mechanical issues over phone or email

Travel 

  • 20% - 25% travel throughout the United States required
