We are growing! An opportunity to join the C.A. Ferolie Team in our Amherst, NY office! We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Finance Administrator to work in a collaborative environment and deliver exceptional results.

Overview of the Role

Ensure that our clients (Consumer Products manufacturers) are paying us promptly and accurately.


Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8:30 am-4:30 pm

Salary: 37K-42K per year

What You Will Do at CA Ferolie

  • Record deposits received from assigned clients.
  • Determine any payouts to partner agencies.
  • Apply cash to orders in our system.
  • Run unpaid order reports and initiate payment inquiries.
  • Address errors with payments.
  • Address delinquent payers.
  • Keep management fully informed of all relevant information in a timely manner.

What You Should Bring to the Table

  • Basic computer (email, Excel, Word) and office equipment (copier/scanner, phone) proficiency is required.
  • Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable experience is desirable.
  • Experience and/or understanding of the Consumer Products (food and non-food) and/or Retail/Wholesale Industries is a plus.
