We are currently seeking a Bariatric Surgery Physician Assistant to join our client’s reputable healthcare team in Northern Iowa. As a Bariatric Surgery PA, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients undergoing bariatric procedures, assisting in surgeries, and managing post-operative care. This position offers a unique opportunity to NEW GRADUATES however, first assist experience is preferred. The PA will participate in pre-operative evaluations, patient education, and follow-up appointments, as well as collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for each patient.

Skills Required of the Bariatric Surgery PA Opportunity:

Graduate of an AMA-approved Physician Assistant program (Masters Degree Required)
New graduates are welcome to apply - willing to train!
Proven experience in first assist is preferred.
Exceptional knowledge of bariatric procedures, techniques, and treatment protocols.
Excellent interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
