Alaant Workforce Solutions is proud to partner with a leading innovator in ultrawideband RF military antennas to hire a Client Relations & Service Coordinator! The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships and coordinating service activities within our machine fabrication shop. This role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and a customer-centric mindset.
Hours and Benefits for the Client Relations & Service Coordinator: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
$21.00-$24.00 an hour depending on experience

Responsibilities for the Client Relations & Service Coordinator: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquires and ensuring exceptional service delivery
Coordinate service requests, including scheduling maintenance
Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate timely and efficient resolution of client issues and concerns
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service history, and relevant documentation
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth
Assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing quotes, processing orders, and managing invoicing
Requirements for the Client Relations & Service Coordinator: High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in client relations, customer service or related roles within the manufacturing or fabrication industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
