Manage daily Client through operator certification and cross-training. Manage Daily Timecards. Escalate problems through cross-functional resources and leadership to ensure on-time delivery, distinctive product quality, and a safe environment for their dept. Manage and facilitate Continuous Improvement activities. Requirements Microsoft Office experience required. Experience working in a Manufacturing Environment as a Supervisor Preferred: SAP experience a big plus. Previous work in a union environment is preferred. Experience with PLC, Automation, Engineering or Quality controls.
