Opportunity Specifics:

• Contract Type(s): Locum Tenens Nurse Practitioner 
• Setting: Outpatient Primary Clinic
• Start Date: ASAP - Ongoing
• Hours of Operation: 8:00am- 5pm Monday-Friday
• MUST be bilingual in English/Spanish
• Ability to Treat Patients Ages 6 and Up
• Average 17-21 Patients/Day
• Must be comfortable with pap smears and minor Women's Health(OBGYN on site)
• EMR: Athena

Provider Requirements:

• Current Louisiana State License & DEA
• Active Certification
• Active/Unrestricted DEA
• Must have BLS
• Must have DEA and CDS
• Current Relevant Clinical Experience
• Ability to Suture
