• Estimated annual base pay: $64,200.00 (minimum) - $80,300.00 (midpoint) - $96,400.00 (maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're a manufacturing operation professional with leadership experience, we have an exciting opportunity for you. Woodward is hiring an Operations Supervisor to support production and members in our Servo Valve Department on 2nd shift at our Rock Cut Campus in Loves Park, IL. Operations Supervisors are responsible for directing the activities of direct production and indirect support functions.

What You Will Be Doing

• Supporting members with appropriate equipment, tools and instructions to achieve daily build rate in Pump Operations.

• Directing the activities of direct production and indirect support functions.

• Responsible for managing new members regarding training, coaching, mentoring and disciplinary actions.

• Managing daily, monthly, quarterly metrics for department.

• Leading and participating in continuous improvement projects

• Investigating RCCA's and work towards resolutions

What We Are Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED is required

• Previous leadership experience (supervisory, team lead or project lead) is required

• Previous experience in a manufacturing and/or operations role is required

• Strong ability to work with and manage new teams and members and diverse groups
