What You'll Do: 

As a Behavior Health Technician - Team Lead, duties include de-escalation, performing client belonging searches, and providing one on one support with clients. You will operate as an integral component of the client's treatment day; which will hold tremendous therapeutic value to the clients we serve. Additionally, residential counselors will support the clinical team by facilitating groups and offering clinical service to clients. You should be flexible and able to carry out diverse job duties is essential to this role.

  • Required: Strong/effective verbal and written communication skills. Must have valid driver's license and ability to be commercially insured.
  • Preferred: Bilingual/Bicultural. CAS/CACII Certification.
  • Some positions include driving a company vehicle and require a valid Colorado driver’s license.

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree with related field and Certified Addiction Specialist (CAS) Licensure.
  • 1-2 years of behavioral health experience in the behavioral health field; relevant bachelor's degree in a behavioral health services field or years of equivalent, relevant experience in a residential or behavioral health environment; valid driver's license with clean driving record.
  • Knowledge of diversity and inclusion with the relevant ability to engage, communicate, interact, and work effectively and cooperatively with people of different backgrounds, identities, and culturally diverse communities.

Preferred: 

Master's degree

The typical hiring range for this position is $25.97 to $31.17 per hour, based on relevant years of experience.  

 

Employees working at locations operating 24/7 earn a differential.  Shift differentials are also available for evenings, nights, weekend and holidays.
