R2 Lead

Cognizant Digital Engineering practice is seeking an experienced R2 Architect with a strong background in performance engineering and optimization specifically with LoadRunner and Load UI to join our team. With a focus on enhancing system performance and ensuring robust validation processes. The ideal candidate will contribute significantly to our payer domain projects leveraging their expertise to drive efficiency and innovation.

Location: El Dorado Hills – CA (remote allowed)

Day-To-Day Responsibilities:

·       Lead the design and implementation of performance testing strategies using LoadRunner and Load UI to ensure high-quality outcomes.

·       Conduct thorough performance validation processes to identify bottlenecks and optimize batch processing for enhanced system efficiency.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate performance engineering practices into the development lifecycle.

·       Utilize expertise in the payer domain to align performance optimization efforts with specific industry requirements.

·       Analyze test results and provide actionable insights for performance improvement.

·       Develop and maintain documentation related to performance testing and optimization strategies.

·       Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in performance engineering to drive continuous improvement.

·       Mentor junior team members in performance testing tools and best practices.

·       Ensure compliance with project timelines and deliverables through effective planning and execution.

·       Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of performance outcomes.

 

Key Qualifications:

·       Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in performance engineering  with a strong focus on LoadRunner and Load UI.

·       Proven track record in performance validation and batch optimization within the payer domain.

·       Excellent analytical  problem-solving  and communication skills are essential.

·       Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead projects to successful completion.

·       Commitment to staying current with industry trends and advancements in performance engineering.

The annual salary for this position is between $52,000.00 – 137,600.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
