We are professional, agile, and customer-driven. Ideal candidates are true customer service professionals with a passion for cannabis. Some industry experience is required for some positions. Applicants should be detail-oriented, dependable, and work well in a team environment. Must be 21 years of age or older. We are currently accepting applications for the following positions:

• Budtenders
• Shift Lead
• Assistant Manager

No previous Budtending experience is necessary, but the following will be necessary to succeed in this role, after a reasonable amount of training

• Must possess an active MED badge
• Must have dependable transportation
• Must have open availability to shift hours
• Must be able to stand for 8 or more hours at a time

Duties include, but will not be limited to:

• Assist customers in selecting suitable cannabis products based on their needs and preferences.
• Provide information about different strains, potency and effects of various cannabis products
• Maintain knowledge of current regulations and trends in the cannabis industry
• Handle cash transactions accurately in compliance with dispensary policies
• Keep the store clean and organized to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for customers

A viable Shift Lead should have at least one year of experience as a Budtending to be considered for this position. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. unassisted, during the receiving process. This is a full-time position.

Duties include, but will not be limited to:

• Opening and closing procedures
• Train, Guide, assist, and mentor new Budtenders
• Resolving customer issues
• Strong sales skills with the ability to up-sell and cross-sell products
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Ability to assist in any area to improve speed and efficiency
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus

A viable Assistant Manager should have over a year of Budtending experience and ideally, 6 months experience as a Lead or Manager

Duties include, but will not be limited to:

• Proactively monitor how long it takes Budtenders to assist customers and finalize sale
• Work to ensure smooth transactions to gain repeat customers   
• Mentor and step in to assist Team Leads as needed.
