House Assistant MacDowell, the nation's oldest multidisciplinary artist residency program, seeks a dependable and detail-oriented House Assistant to help sustain ideal working and living conditions for ~30 artists in residence. This position is part-time, 28 hours a week; MTW 7a-1p and ThF 7a-12p. Candidates must have prior cleaning experience, a valid driver's license, and be able to lift 25-40 lbs. Compensation based on experience ($16-18/hr) with employer contributions to retirement, and paid vacation, sick time, holidays and family leave.
