Hiring need for a requested Male Caregiver for a specific client in St. Joseph area starting in May

We are looking for a compassionate, caring male caregiver to join our PDHH team of Caregivers to assist our male client with his basic needs so that he can maintain a level of independence that allows him to continue to live in his home with his wife.

Are you a male caregiver? We'd love to have you and so would our client!
Do you have some training in healthcare already? Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Medical Assistants (MAs) and nursing students are encouraged to apply! We can put your higher skill set to use!
Maybe you've helped care for family and now want to use your experience in the workplace? We meet you where you're at. Our nurse supervisors are happy to give you additional training and support to meet your client needs.

To be a Caregiver you must be willing and able to help your client with:

-bathing
-assisting with toileting and hygiene
-meal preparation
-medication reminders
-errand running (pick up a prescription, assist to the doctor, grocery shopping, etc.)

-open to learning new skills and methods under the teaching, direction and supervision of the registered nurse supervisor.

Our scheduling need is: 3-4 days a week     9a-3p

Job Types: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
