Companion Care Needed For Myself In Flagstaff

About who needs care: Currently using a walker because of a fall. Need help with laundry, housekeeping is way behind both in my immediate area and house in general. Can't get trash out to trashcan, etc. Generally read newspapers and books throughout day. I tend to read and drink coffee in mornings and do appointments, errands and volunteer genealogy in afternoons. More reading. About the care needs: . I am chatty and embarrassed by the mess I have made of my house. Perhaps housekeeping would have been a better category but I wasn't sure that included laundry.
