We are seeking candidates for Welder positions to train on the 1st shift and work the 2nd shift. Compensation for these temp-to-hire opportunities is $31.00-32.00 per hour. Interested? What a Welder will do:
- Assist with the fabrication of fire-rated framing systems
- Responsible for welding framing assemblies and grinding/sanding welds
- Effectively work as part of the production team while adhering to safety, quality, housekeeping, and productivity standards
What you need to be a Welder:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to follow quality and safety standards in a welding operation
- Experience MIG welding steel
- Experience with the Fabrication, Installation, and/or assembly of Door or Window Frames
- Knowledge of 5S
