We are on the hunt for a dynamic, experienced, and dedicated Permanent Senior Construction Project Manager for our rapidly growing project list. This role is perfect for an individual with a strong background in commercial projects, industrial projects, and multifamily construction. If you are passionate about construction management, have a keen eye for detail, and are driven by the satisfaction of seeing a project through from inception to completion, this could be your dream job.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Commercial Construction Project Manager, your duties will include but are not limited to:

1. Leading and managing construction projects in the commercial / industrial & multifamily sectors, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality.
2. Coordinating and supervising a team of construction workers and subcontractors, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
3. Overseeing the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring the best quality at the most cost-effective prices.
4. Developing and implementing project strategies, work schedules, and performance standards.
5. Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to safety regulations.
6. Liaising with clients, architects, engineers, and other key stakeholders to ensure clear communication and smooth project execution.
7. Resolving any problems or issues that arise during the construction process, making effective decisions under pressure.
8. Preparing and presenting project progress reports to senior management and clients.
9. Ensuring all projects comply with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction project management, specifically in commercial projects, industrial projects, and multifamily construction.
2. Strong knowledge of construction processes, means and methods, materials, quality control, cost control, and safety protocols.
3. Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
5. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
6. Proficiency in construction management software, such as Procore.
