Spectrum’s Data Services department manages data throughout the organization. Teams within this department work on a series of platforms spanning Spectrum to achieve various business goals. The Product and Technology Business Planning Department is primarily responsible for the oversight of the monthly financials, quarterly forecast and annual budget. BE PART OF THE CONNECTION As a Manager o­­n the “Business Planning” team, you’ll be responsible for supporting the operational and financial planning and analysis needs of an organization. Additionally, you will provide integrated analysis of financial and operational metrics and you will be responsible for managing the successful development and execution of data-driven financial reporting and data analysis. WHAT OUR MANAGERS ENJOY MOST Visibility to work with leaders of the SDIT Organization Complete ownership and responsibility of Opex and Capex Cross functional partnership with many areas of the business (HR, Procurement, Accounting, other Business Units) Encouraged to have a “voice” in the department and identify process improvements leveraging existing tools WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM Required Qualifications Experience: 5+ years of Accounting/Business Planning/Finance experience Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience Skills:Superior knowledge of software applications such as Word, Excel, etc. Knowledge of telecommunications industry preferred Abilities:Ability to read, write, speak and understand English. Ability to work and model a high sense of ownership, collaboration, and execution excellence. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
