Join Ecolab as a Corporate Account Manager within our Food Safety Solutions division; delivering comprehensive Food Safety programs and solutions to meet the needs of customers across the foodservice, long term care and hospitality industries.  As a Corporate Accounts Manager, you will build an understanding of our customers’ businesses, industry trends and a working knowledge of your assigned customer contracts. You will be responsible for all revenue generating activities including prospecting, presenting and closing new business opportunities, and driving value added customer solutions within your assigned customers. 

As a Corporate Account Manager, you will maintain a book of business, sell large/strategic competitive new business, drive sales growth and effectively manage relationships with our customers.

What You Will Do:

  • Responsible for all revenue generating activities; prospecting, presenting, driving value and closing new business
  • Develop robust customer-centric sales strategies to retain, grow and gain new business
  • Develop and manage contract P&L and OI of customer portfolios
  • Uncover customer business challenges and provide insights on emerging industry trends and best practices
  • Identify customer needs and leverage Ecolab solutions and innovations to create value, communicate our impact and capture value for Ecolab
  • Close partnership with corporate accounts finance and legal to ensure profitability, compliance and brand standards
  • Collaborate across our businesses to identify new opportunities and serve our customers as One Ecolab
  • Manage a prospect pipeline to ensure sustained and healthy growth for the division

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (2 years of industry or Ecolab experience = 1 year of post-secondary education)
  • 5 years foodservice or hospitality industry sales experience
  • Demonstrated sales skills including relationship-based selling and prospecting
  • No Immigration Sponsorship available for this opportunity
  • Minimum of 50% travel, averaging one out of five weeks for office time

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Completed Master’s degree or MBA
  • Corporate or national accounts experience
  • Demonstrated ability to build collaborative teams across regions, functions and businesses
  • Financial and analytical skills, including the understanding of a P&L and the financial implications of customers situations and concerns
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organization and follow-up skills
  • A desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:

Total compensation range is $120,000 - $160,000. This position has base salary and is eligible for incentive compensation based on performance, per plan terms.

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range is based on full-time 40 hours per week. Ecolab in good faith anticipates it will pay within the posted range. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining the compensation for a potential new employee such as education, training, experience, work location, travel (if required), etc.
