Writer - Part-time

Currently seeking a Writer to join the team at a growing apparel company!

Job Description:

The Writer helps the organization write and edit job descriptions that align to established job architecture frameworks. This role works collaboratively with global stakeholders to ensure job description content is clear, concise, and consistent across all positions, brands, and regions and helps facilitate alignment and drives decision making between these groups.

• Writes and edits documentation ensuring output is aligned to established job architecture frameworks and meets regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Conducts interviews with stakeholders to gather information for documentation.
• Manages updates and revisions of documentation by tracking changes and versioning to highlight content updates.
• Facilitates alignment and approvals among stakeholders for job descriptions.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with a focus in English, Technical Writing, Human Resources, or related focus.
• Experience writing job descriptions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
