Order Entry Specialist

Job Description/Job Duties:



• This is NOT a high call volume position, this is a HEAVY email and customer service position!
• This is a Fleet management company
• This opening is on the Customer Support team, they support the account managers who manage the fleet
• Assist with ordering vehicles, assist with anything customer service related
• For example, “my vehicle has been impounded”. It’s this customer service reps job to help the drivers and educate them on the service that they need in the future
• Answer a high volume of customer EMAILS - Must be able to think outside of the box and problem solve
• Must be comfortable making a few outbound calls, Follow up with customers on inquiries and insure all data is accurately notated into the system

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

MUST HAVE:

• 2+ years of customer service experience (Office)
• Strong written and email communication
• Proficiency in the English language and ability to relay communications with properly formed (grammatically) sentences
• Proficient with computers and MS office suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel
• Basic Excel (Ability and willingness to learn it)
• Achieved a HS Diploma
