Description:

We are seeking an innovative, resourceful, and collaborative Marketing Operations Manager to lead our marketing automation initiatives. You will guide strategy and solutions for improvements to existing tools and platforms (e.g. Braze, App, Data Lake), drive integrations with other internal teams’ data (e.g. CDP), and implement best practices.

As Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing the Marketing Team's activities via automated flows, data analysis, systems, and processes. You will be the glue between Marketing, Sales and Technology, CS, Analytics Teams.

What You Will Do

Marketing Tools Ownership:

• Focuses on the identification and delivery of solutions to complex business problem leveraging prior technical tool and process expertise.

• Own Implementation of Braze

• Understanding of modern data infrastructure, basic data analytics methodologies, and

• experience working with in-house data teams.

• Maximize usage of existing tools and enable smooth integrations (Braze, App, Data Lake)

Marketing Campaign Optimization:

• Creation of data-focused technical implementations both at a campaign level, as well as at a marketing capability level.

• Leverage marketing automation best practices to automate email/sms/push flows, create trigger-based campaigns and full funnel nurture strategies.

Database Maintenance/Enrichment:

• On-going cleansing and enrichment of contacts and technographic data to ensure optimal segmentation and targeting.

• Develop solutions that enable customer segmentation and personalization at scale.

Unified Customer Profile and Personalization:

• Partner with the eCommerce team, the Analytics team, and CRM team to create, build, and maintain a Unified Customer Profile for the organization.

• Define the strategy to measure and maintain the profile.

Marketing Effectiveness:

• Increase marketing effectiveness through the measurement of marketing campaigns.

Business Intelligence:

• Regularly analyzing data sets to extract actionable insights and implement them across teams and applications.

Quality Assurance and Troubleshooting:

• Troubleshooting and problem-solving complex data processes.

• Drive quality assurance, optimize customer journeys, and improve the overall user experience through data, insights, experimentation, and tooling.

• Work with marketing technology, sales, and operations teams to spot gaps in the current process, resolve the issues and make timely and best recommendations for improvement.

• You need a real passion for new technologies, unconventional thinking, and pushing boundaries.

• You are a solution-oriented problem solver: You have the ability (and desire) to regularly step back from the details of a problem, understand what you're trying to accomplish and come up with creative solutions to achieve success.

• 5+ years of experience in marketing automation and operations with demonstrated success in creating, testing, and executing experiments, campaigns, and automations.

• Process orientated, have worked in an Agile/SCRUM environment. Strong documentation, coordination, and project management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure to be able to meet tight deadlines.

• Impeccable attention to detail and quality
