Electrical Design Engineer

As an Electrical Design Engineer at this company, you will play a key role in developing and implementing electrical hardware solutions based on specifications. Your work will involve ensuring compliance with industry standards, optimizing performance and cost objectives, and providing essential technical support across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Design electrical hardware architecture based on specified requirements.

·         Develop external interconnection cables and connectors specifications.

·         Specify hardware components to meet performance and cost targets.

·         Supervise assembly of prototypes and oversee testing during development phases.

·         Prepare comprehensive documentation packages including drawings, bills of materials, and operational instructions.

·         Collaborate with manufacturing for equipment startup and training.

·         Create accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) and critical component specifications.

·         Document circuit operational parameters under various conditions.

·         Provide technical support to customers, sales, and customer service teams.

·         Assist in evaluating test criteria and supporting test engineers.

Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

·         Proficiency in instrumentation for diagnostics and control.

·         Altium design experience highly desired

·         Familiarity with industry standards and design specifications.

·         Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

·         Experience in manufacturing environments is advantageous.

·         Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
