Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC/CFY) or Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) Fulshear, TX

Position Overview:
We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to provide prehensive speech and language services to our diverse caseload of clients in Fulshear, TX. The ideal candidates will have experience working with pediatric populations and a mitment to delivering high-quality care. Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required for all positions. We have full-time positions available with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct therapy services to clients using evidence-based techniques and interventions.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to support clients' munication goals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment interventions.
  • Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and continuing education activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
For SLPs:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Certificate of Clinical petence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA (preferred).
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Texas.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations (preferred).

For SLP CFYs:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • pletion of all academic and clinical requirements for certification by ASHA.
  • Eligibility for temporary licensure as an SLP CFY in Texas.

For SLPAs:

  • Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or equivalent.
  • Certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in Texas.
  • Experience working in schools or pediatric settings (required).
