Location: Granite Falls, Minnesota

Are you a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse looking to make a difference in the lives of individuals struggling with substance abuse? We are seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse to join our team at a reputable substance abuse rehabilitation center in Granite Falls, MN.

Provide compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to individuals undergoing substance abuse treatment.

Conduct health assessments, monitor vital signs, and administer medications as prescribed by physicians.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Educate patients and their families on health promotion, disease prevention, and medication management.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation in accordance with facility policies and procedures.

Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives as required.

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota.

Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a behavioral health or substance abuse treatment setting.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to providing patient-centered care.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Flexibility to work per diem shifts as needed, including evenings and weekends.

BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
