Adecco is recruiting Line Leads on all shifts for our Client in Chippewa Falls, WI. This candidate would work closely with the Fulfillment Supervisor to accomplish daily tasks and maintain quality standards for production

Line Lead

Shift- 1st,2nd and 3rd!
Pay: $21-23
Direct Hire!

Line Lead Responsibilities:

• Assists the production shift supervisor, and the support services team in coordinating the activities of all temporary labor pool personnel as requested on assigned assembly lines or workstations
  
• Ensures all aspects of product quality control are met on the assigned assembly lines or workstations, in coordination with other persons, departments, and temporary labor pool
  
• Operates forklifts in fulfillment and warehouse areas to supplement the capability of the material handlers and ensure that all production stations and lines have an uninterrupted supply of materials.
  
• Able to utilize computers for reporting and management functions
  
• Able to multi-task and prioritize based on business needs.
  
• Work in both a team environment and independently with minimal supervision

• Can lift 50 lbs.
  
• Able to work both standing and sitting.
  
• Basic computer skills (word, excel, outlook).
  
• 2 years of leadership experience
  
• Strong communication skills.

Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
