Job Description: Blazer Jobs, in collaboration with the local school district, is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position during the 2023-2024 school year in Dobson, NC. If you are passionate about supporting students' communication development and enhancing their overall educational experience, we invite you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication disorders
• Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to support students' communication goals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• North Carolina State Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP)
• Experience working in a school setting is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team
