Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Adapt and modify instructional materials and techniques to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
• Provide direct instruction, support, and guidance to students in various academic subjects.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure inclusive and effective classroom environments.
• Monitor student progress, conduct assessments, and maintain accurate records of student performance.
• Implement behavior management strategies and interventions as needed.
• Utilize assistive technology and specialized resources to enhance student learning experiences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Valid California Special Education Teaching Credential.
• Experience working with students with diverse disabilities and learning needs.
• Knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Strong instructional and classroom management skills.
• Excellent munication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
