Responsibilities:
Receive infusion therapy referrals from various sources.
Ensure all intake forms are complete, clear, and within the scope of service.
Enter patient information into the computer system.
Notify patients about their insurance coverage and payments.

Requirements:
High school diploma; a college degree is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years' experience collecting referral information in a healthcare setting.
Prior experience working with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance.
Knowledge of insurance verification and pre-certification operations.
Oklahoma pharmacy technician license is preferred, but not required.
